Great Southern RV, a leading dealership specialising in motor homes, RVs & caravans, is seeking a dynamic Sales Professional to join our team. The Sales Professional will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our range of motor homes and RVs, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in motor homes and RVs.
- Showcase and demonstrate features and benefits of various motor home and RV models.
- Provide accurate information regarding pricing, specifications, financing options, and promotions.
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts ensuring profitability for the dealership.
- Collaborate with the finance department to arrange financing and payment options for customers.
- Coordinate with the service and maintenance team to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to represent Great Southern RV and promote sales.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales within the automotive, motor homes, or RV industry preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
