GSRV Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter is Great Southern RV (GSRV), ABN69 166 081 287, located at 1115 SOUTH ROAD, ST MARYS, SOUTH AUSTRALIA 5042.

2. Eligibility
   Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of GSRV and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period
   Each competition will run for the period specified in the promotional material. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter
   Entry methods may vary depending on the competition and will be outlined in the promotional materials. Unless otherwise stated, only one entry per person is permitted.

5. Prize
   The prize/s will be detailed in the individual competition announcement. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. GSRV reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if required.

6. Winner Selection
   The winner/s will be selected at random or as otherwise specified in the competition details. GSRV’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification
   Winners will be notified via the contact details provided with their entry or as stated in the promotional material (e.g., via social media). If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, GSRV reserves the right to select a new winner.

8. Publicity
   By entering, participants agree to GSRV using their name, photo, and/or entry content for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Privacy
   Personal information collected during the competition will be handled in accordance with GSRV’s Privacy Policy and used only for the purpose of administering the competition and any related marketing (where consent has been given).

10. Liability
    GSRV is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering or participating in the competition or accepting any prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Right to Cancel or Modify
    GSRV reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control.

12. Acceptance
    Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
